The Objective Of This Public Proposal Is The Purchase Of Medical Hours For The Womens Responsibility Center, With The Purpose Of Ensuring The Continuity Of Care In The Different Shifts, Covering The Absences Generated By Medical Licenses, Vacations Or Other Operational Needs Of The Services Of The Womens Responsibility Center. This Service Seeks To Guarantee Efficient And Adequate Care For Medium And High Complexity Patients In Obstetric Emergency Services, Fetal Maternal Service, Gynecology And Gynecological Oncology Service Of The Dr. Hernán Henríquez Aravena Hospital, Through The Services Of Specialist Doctors And In Training, Given That There Are Not Enough Professionals To Supply The Demand For These Care, Which Are Aimed At The Protection Of Public Health Of Users. The Service Will Be Carried Out In Hospital Units, In The Best Possible Conditions For Both Parties, As Detailed In These Administrative Bases, And Technical Bases, And According To Quantities Defined In Annex No. 1. The Respective Contract Will Be Subject To The Provisions Of The Decree With Force Of Law No. 36, Of July 10, 1980 Of The Ministry Of Health And Its Modifications Introduced By Law No. 18.417, Only With Respect To The Health Providers That The Health Actions Exercised By Health. It Is Appropriate To Execute. In This Sense, The Provider Of Health Actions Will Be Obliged To Provide On Behalf Of The Hospital, And By Way Of The Delegation, As Required By The Inc. 1 Of Art. 2 Of The 3680 Dfl To The Beneficiaries Of The Health Benefits Regime Of Law No. 18,469, The Actions Of Prevention, Promotion, Recovery, Protection Or Health Rehabilitation That Are Tendered By This Act.
