The Current Public Procurement Procedure Is Carried Out To Provide A Complex Service For The Maintenance Of Local Information Infrastructure Of Mlsp And The Unified Communication Infrastructure Of The Ministry Of Labor And Social Policy And Structural. The Main Objective Of This Public Procurement Is To Provide Quality Professional Services For Management, Service And Maintenance Of The Local Information Infrastructure Of Mlsp And The Unified Communication Infrastructure Of The Ministry Of Labor And Social Policy And Structural Units. The Contractor Should Carry Out Activities For Monitoring, Management, Administration And Maintenance Of System And Applied Software, Hardware, Communication Equipment, Network Services Of Lan And Wan Information And Communication Infrastructure Of Mlsp And Territorial Structures Described In Annex 1.2 To Technical Specification, Including Expert And Systematic Assistance. The Procedure And Conditions Under Which The Contract Will Be Selected Shall Be In Compliance With The Public Procurement Act (Ppa) And The Rules For The Implementation Of The Public Procurement Act (Pppop). The Procurement Procedure Is Based On The Principles Of Publicity And Transparency, Free And Loyal Competition, Equality And Non -Discrimination, Giving The Participation Of All Participants Meeting The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority.
