Tenders Are Invited For Current Renovation Of Buildings In Navy Military Formations

The Contract Covers The Performance Of Construction, Assembly And Construction And Repair Activities Of Different Sites, Part Of The Navy Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. Activities Are Provided For Ongoing Repairs Of The Building Stock In Order To Improve Functionality, Hygiene Conditions And Safety Of Operation. The Implementation Of The Order Aims To Maintain The Sites In Good Operation And Ensure Normal Conditions For Work And Residence Of The Personnel. The Order Is Divided Into Three Lots As Follows: Lot 1: Current Renovation Of A Building In Vf 34410 - Varna - Includes Repair Activities On Internal And Exterior Parts Of The Building; Lot 2: Current Repair Of Sanitary Facilities In A Building In Vf 54950-Burgas-Aimed At Improving The Sanitary And Hygiene Conditions By Repairing Sanitary Facilities And Related Installations; Lot 3: Current Repair Of An Administrative Building In Vf 26870 - Varna - Includes External Activities For Roof Structure And Internal Renovation And Restoration Of Premises For Administrative Purpose. Prior To Submitting An Offer For Participation, Each Interested Person Has The Right To Inspect The Site For Which Repair Activities Will Be Carried Out For Each Individual Position. The Inspection Is Carried Out Under The Conditions Specified In Item 13 Of The Technical Requirements. The Inspection Of The Sites Is Not Binding On The Potential Participants In The Procurement Procedure. Interested Parties Have The Right To Carry Out One. In The Event That An Interested Person Who Is Also A Potential Participant Chooses To Carry Out An Inspection, The Inspection Certificate Shall Not Be Attached To The Offer And Does Not Constitute Part Of The Documents Submitted Under The Procedure.
