Tenders Are Invited For Selection Of Operator For The Operation And Maintenance Of Installation For Pre -Treatment Of Mixed Municipal Waste And Of The Composting Installation Of Separately Collected Green And/Or Biodegradable Waste Built On The Territory Of The Regional Depot For Non -Hazardous Waste For The Municipalities

The Present Public Procurement Is Awarded Jointly By The Municipalities Of Zlatitsa, Chavdar, Mirkovo, Pirdop, Chelopech, Anton And Koprivshtitsa - Co -Owners Of The Installations, With The Mayors Of These Municipalities Co -Owners According To Art. 8 Of The Ppa. The Contracting Officer In This Procedure, Which Is Responsible For The Technical Activities, Respectively The Opening, Conducting Of The Procedure, Determining The Contractor And The Conclusion Of The Performance Contract, Is The Mayor Of The Municipality Of Pirdop, Who, In The Terms Of Joint Award, Signs A Decision To Open The Procedure, Which Approves The Invitation To Participate And The Annexes Thereto. The Public Procurement Is Carried Out In Order To Elect An Operator To Carry Out The Operation And Maintenance Of An Installation For The Pre -Treatment Of Mixed Municipal Waste And Of An Installation For Composting Separately Collected Green And/Or Biodegradable Waste Built On The Territory Of The Non -Hazardous Waste, The Antica, The Pirkovo Municipalities. The Following Activities Will Be Fulfilled Within The Scope Of The Selected Contractor: Collection Of Green And/Or Biodegradable Waste From The Points For Their Collection And Transporting Them To Rdn - Zlatitsa. Admission And Pre -Treatment Of Municipal Waste In Ipbo; Composting Of Green And/Or Biodegradable Waste From The Territory Of The Municipalities Of Rsu - Zlatitsa; Quality Control And Verification; Administrative Management, Operation And Maintenance Of The Facilities Of The Installation, Equipment And Facilities, Maintenance Of Engineering Networks And Facilities, Roads And Communications Of The Site In Good Operation, In Good Appearance And Cleanliness, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Current Specifications, The Instructions For Operation And Maintenance And The Requirements Of The Regulatory Framework; The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Ensure The Proper Operation Of The Regional Ipb And Composting Installation By Selecting An Operator For The Operation Of Ipbo And The Composting Installation, In Compliance Of The Current Regulatory Framework, The Current Environmental Legislation, In The Case Of A Accurate Implementation Of The Technological Process, Guaranteeing The Effective Recovery Of The Waste In The Installation, As Well As The Effective Collection Of Green And/Or Biodegradable Waste Generated On The Territory Of The Seven Municipalities, Members Of The Rsu-Eco. In The Award Of The Public Procurement And The Operation And Maintenance Of The Assets Built Under The Project, The Legislation On State Aid In The Field Of General Economic Interest (Meii) Will Be Complied With, The Rules For The Award Of A Common Economic Interest Will Be Complied With.
