Rosslyn Place At 10915 – 134 Avenue, Edmonton Is A Supportive Living Building That Is Owned And Managed By Gef Seniors Housing. Gef Is Solicitating For A Contractor To Upgrade As Built Showers To Barrier Free Showers (12 Units) And Upgrade Tubs To Showers (3 Units) For A Total Of 15 Shower Upgrades. The Requirements Include But Are Not Limited To Demolition, Mechanical, Complete Finished Plumbing, Related Trade Work, All Touch Ups. This Project Is To Provide All Labor, Supervision, Materials, Permits And Equipment Necessary To Complete These Shower Upgrades. Each Unit Is Occupied And Must Be Fully Completed Within 72 Hours - 3 Business Days, Full Completion. Tenants Shall Have Access To Their Toilet For The Duration Of The Work. The Successful Contractor Must Possess The Capacity To Start Continuous Work Upon Receipt Of All Required Materials, To Complete The Project Within The Stipulated Completion Date. The Scope Of Work And Deliverables Are Not Limited To The List Below And Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor For Turnkey Installations In All Units.
