The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project And Cost Documentation For The Task Entitled: Construction/Expansion Of The Municipal Swimming Pool In Lębork Together With Obtaining The Final Building Permit Decision. 1. The Scope Of The Order Will Include: 1.1. Execution Of An Inventory Of An Existing Building - A Swimming Pool Building And All Functional Teams; 1.2. Execution Of An Inventory Of The Existing Stand, The Area Of The Area And Determining Any Collisions With Other Facilities Located In The Planned Investment; 1.3. Obtaining A Situational And Altitude Map For Design Purposes (A Copy Should Be Transferred To The Ordering Party); 1.4. Performing A Multi -Branch Concept In Min. 2 Variants: 1.4.1. Expansion Of The Existing Facility Using New Pool Technology In Both The New Part Of The Swimming Pool And In The Existing Building, 1.4.2. Construction Of A Completely New Pool, Concepts Are To Be Varied In Terms Of Accepted Technological And Functional Solutions, Developed Concepts Should Include A List Of Costs And Benefits For Each Adopted Variant. For The Above -Mentioned Concept Projects, The Estimated Costs Of Adopted Solutions (All Expenses Related To Planned Construction) Should Be Presented Together With Operating Costs In A Space Of 5 Years And On This Basis Compare The Variants Of The Construction Of The Swimming Pool. Conceptual Solutions Should Contain The Graphic And Descriptive Part, Including Architectural And Construction Solutions (Floors Of Floors With The Functional Layout Of The Rooms, Their Purpose, Surface Size, Characteristic Cross -Sections, Facade Drawings, Land Development Project, Visualization Of The Object). Electric And Heat Sources, And The Indicated Profitable Solutions (Indicated In The Final Concept Agreed With All Parties) Will Be Included In The Design Documentation. Determining The Scope Necessary To Perform Renovation Works In The Case Of Choosing A Variant Providing For The Expansion Of The Existing Object; 1.6. Execution Of The Demolition Project Of An Existing Facility - A Municipal Swimming Pool (In The Case Of Choosing A Variant Of The Construction Of A Completely New Pool) And Obtaining All Decisions And Permits Necessary To Demolish The Existing Object; 1.7. The Implementation Of A Multi -Branch Construction Project Covering The Scope Referred To In Art. 34 Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law; 1.8. Multi -Branch Performance: Executive Design, Bill Of Quantities, Stwiors, And Information On Safety And Health Protection To The Extent In Accordance With The Content Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021.
