The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Bill Of Works And The Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior). The Order Of The Contract, In Addition To The Works Indicated In Point 1, Includes The Implementation Of As -Built Documentation, Storage And Export To A Legal Landfill Of Demolition Materials And Debris (Documented By An Appropriate Certificate), In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 14 December 2012. On Waste (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587). The Removal Requires That All Built-Up Materials And Devices Used During The Order:- Correspond To The Requirements Of The Products Approved For Trading And Universal Or Individual Use In Construction Specified In Construction Law- They Were Factory New And As To The High-Quality Species- Have Warranty Documents, If They Are Guaranteed Warranty The Manufacturer. The Payment Provides For The Possibility Of Receiving Partial Works And Partial Payments, At The Contractors Request Specified In The Form, In Accordance With The Following Principles: A) Partial Receipt May Cover A Part Of The Works Constituting A Technological Whole - The Contracting Authority Allows A Maximum Of 3 Partial Acceptance, But It Must Be Closed With The Technological Whole; B) In Total, For Several Parts; C) Partial Receipt Cannot Be The Delivery Of Material And The Project Would Indicate In Relation To Some Materials And Devices, Or Solutions To Describe Them By Referring To Trademarks Or Origin, Or Technical Norms, The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With Art. 101 Of The Pzp Act, Allows The Assembly Of Equivalent Products. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Or Standards Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And The Utility Features That Products Must Meet To Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority And Constitute Only A Quality Model For The Subject Of The Contract. By A Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements Of Quality Parameters, The Contracting Authority Understands The Requirements Of Goods Contained In Generally Available Sources, Catalogs, And Manufacturers Websites. Operating Examples Of The Manufacturers Names Is Only Aimed At Clarifying The Level Of Expectations Of The Employer In Relation To A Specific Solution. Thus, Using The Names Of Producers / Products / Is Only An Exemplary Character. The Employer, When Describing The Subject Of The Contract, Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product, At The Same Time Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features, At Least At The Level Of Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Recognizing Each Product With Indicated Parameters Or Better.
