The Subject Of The Contract Is Modernization And Reconstruction Of The Clinic Building For The Care And Care Plant Operating In The Zagłębie Clinical Hospital Implemented As Part Of The National Plan Of Reconstruction And Increase Re Immovement Plan: Component D D Efficiency, Availability And Quality Of The Health Care System. Investment D4.1.1 Development Of Long -Term Care Through Modernization Of Infrastructure Of Medical Entities At Poviat Level 2. In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Develop Project Documentation Together With Obtaining The Necessary Permits And Arrangements In Accordance With The Natural Hall No. 1 To Swz; B) Execution Of Construction And Installation Works For The Scope Described Above Together With Delivery And Installation Of Equipment In Accordance With The Embankment No. 1 To Swz; C) Obtaining Acceptance Throughout The Entire Investment Process In This Final Acceptance In Accordance With Swz; D) Obtaining Acceptance Consisting In Allowing The Facilities For Use In Accordance With The Attachment No. 1 To Swz;
