1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Of Internal Roads For The Needs Of The Mzdw And Road Region At 5 Krośniewicka Street In Gostynin - Procedure No. 172/252. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In The Tender Documentation (Part Iii Swz). 3. If In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process, Which Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions. In The Event Of Referring In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Current Civil Liability Insurance (Oc) During The Entire Performance Of The Contract With Mzdw In Warsaw Regarding The Implementation Of Services Entrusted Under A Contract With Mzdw In Warsaw To A Guarantee Sum Of At Least Pln 500,000.00. 4.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party A Copy Of The Current And Paid Policy Within 7 Days From The Date Of The Contract. In The Event That The Policy Presented By The Contractor Does Not Cover The Entire Period Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present The Ordering Party Another Insurance Policy That Meets The Abovementioned Requirements At The Latest On The Last Day Of The Previous Insurance Contract. 4.2. In The Absence Of A Copy Of The Current And Paid Insurance Policy (Oc) Within 14 Days From The Date Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Will Have The Right To Withdraw From The Contract For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor.
