1) Execution Of Construction Works Covered By The Attached Multi -Branch Design Documentation Of 15.01.2025 Phu Promar Marek Kubacki In The Scope Of The Implementation Of Air Conditioning And Ventilation Installations On The Ground Floor, 1St Floor And In The Basement And Other Works, The Implementation Of Which Is Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Installation On The Indicated Floors Of The Building. 2) Dismantling Of 4 Existing Air Conditioning Devices In The Following Rooms Together With External Units Mounted On The Facade Of The Building Covered By Stage Ii: 1. Fuji Electric Internal Units Mounted In Room 118 - 2 Pcs. 2. Fuji Electric Internal Units Mounted In Room 116 - 2 Pcs. The Reservoir Will Indicate The Place Of Storage Of Dismantled Devices (Without Re -Assembly). The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair, Put Down And Paint Places (Walls) On Which Devices Were Installed. 3) Delivery Of 10 Pilots Serving The Installed Internal Units Of The Air Conditioning System. 4) Painting The Corridors And Staircases Of The Building (Ground Floor, First Floor, 2Nd Floor, 3Rd Floor) - In Accordance With The Scope Specified In The Aforementioned Prejudice Of Works.5) Ensuring Maintenance (Inspection) Of Installed Air -Conditioning And Ventilation Devices In The Warranty Period - According To The Manufacturers Requirements Than 2 Times A Year.
