1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Task: Beach Volleyball On Batory! The Complex Of Environmental Engineering Schools At Batorego 43/49 Ul. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Surface Performance - Earthworks, Foundations And Edges, Concrete Cube Surface, Safe Surface Made Of Sand, 2) Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture Objects, Tarpaulin For Covering The Pitch, Football With Wickets, 3) Restoration Of The Lawn Surface. 3. The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Contract In The Scope And In The Manner Specified In The Project Documentation And The Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Studies Made By Piotr Bielecki, Conducting Business Activity Under The Company: X-Bud Piotr Bielecki; Components Of Project Documentation And Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works Listed In The Annex 1 To The Template Of The Contract) And In Accordance With The Law, In Accordance With The Law, Construction And Gardening, Based On The Examination Of The Construction Area And In Accordance With The Administrative Decisions Held By The Ordering Party.
