Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction And Equipment Of The Apartment At Kościelna 1/3 In Mieroszów To Provide Premises For A Repatriate

1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Residential Premises At Ul. Kościelna 1/3 In Mieroszów Together With The Construction Of The Central Heating With Gas Fuel Boiler And With Full Equipment Of The Apartment With Basic And Necessary Household Appliances And Furniture. 2. The Scope Of The Investment Includes: 1) Dismantling And Demolition Works; 2) Construction Works; 3) Water-Sewage And Central Heating Installation Works; 4) Electrical Installation Works; 5) Removal And Disposal Of Debris From Demolition And Dismantling; 6) Full Equipment Of The Apartment With Basic And Necessary Household Appliances And Furniture. 3. The Scope Of The Task Includes Construction Works And All Activities And Activities Necessary To Implement The Investment In Question, Including, Including The Implementation And Transfer Of As -Built Documentation. 4. The Detailed Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex 11 To Swz; 5. During The Performance Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Required To Present The Ordering Equipment To The Employer With Technical Parameters In Order To Accept Them By The Employer. Devices And Furniture Must Be Coherent In Terms Of General Appearance (E.G. Colors, Materials) - The Devices Are To Create A Set In A Given Room. The Colors Will Be Subject To Agreement With The Employer During The Order. 6. Note! The Values Attached To The Documentation Are An Auxiliary Tool For Preparing The Offer, Robots Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities, And The Task Necessary For The Implementation Must Be Estimated As Part Of The Offer By The Contractor. 7. Due To The Fact That Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In A Inhabited Building, The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Strict Order And Cleanliness In The Staircase And In The Common Parts Of The Building. 8. Construction Works Must Be Carried Out To Avoid Damage Or Excessive Nuisance Of The Works Carried Out For Third Parties, Especially The Residents Of The Building And Do Not Cause Other Negative Effects Resulting From How To Operate. 9. Construction Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, The Norms Of Technical Conditions In A Way That Does Not Affect The Interests Of Third Parties. 10. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Repairs In The Scope Of Restoring The Common Parts Of The Building And Roads, Parking Lots, To Reach, Etc. Used By The Contractor, To The Technical Condition Not Worse Than Before The Construction Of Construction. 11.
