1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Exchange Of An Elevator In The Building Of The Systemic Rehabilitation Department Ul. War Invalids 18 In Wołów. 2. Parameters, Technical Requirements And Detailed Conditions Of The Task Are Determined By The Technical Specification Constituting Annex 8 To This Swz. 3. The Scope Of Work, Among Others: A) Disassembly And Utilization Of The Existing Crane Device; B) Delivery, Assembly And Launch Of A Crane Device Together With All Necessary Arrangements; C) Export And Disposal Of Debris; D) Performing As -Built Documentation With The Delivery Of The Contracting Authority; E) Obtaining The Required By Current Legal Provisions And Permits For The Operation Of The Crane By The Technical Supervision Office; F) Maintenance Of The Delivered And Installed Devices Of The Crane For The Duration Of The Warranty In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Office Of Technical Inspection And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Entrepreneurship And Technology Of October 30, 2018. On The Technical Conditions Of Technical Supervision In The Field Of Operation, Repair And Modernization Of Transport Devices4. Implementation Will Take Place In The Active Hospital Facility, Therefore The Contracting Authority Reserves The Following Implementation Conditions: 1) Agreeing On The Order Of Implementation Of Construction Works (As To The Place And Time With The Person Supervising The Performance Of The Contract On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority); 2) Systematic Ordering Of Works Places, I.E. Removing Debris And Other Materials From Demolition; 3) Carried Out Works In A Manner; 4) Protection Of The Property And Immovable Property Of The Object Against Damage And Restoring The Place Of Work To The Original State. 5. Scope Of The Order: 5) Execution Of A Detailed Construction And Installation Inventory Of The Existing Shaft; 6) Replacement Of The Crane; 7) Complete Technical Documentation Provided By The Manufacturer.
