1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Service Consisting In Exercising Authors Supervisors As Part Of The Investment Entitled Execution Of Renovation And Modernization Works Kościuszko In The Wieliczka Salt Mine. 2. Authors Supervision Should Be Exercised By Persons With Construction Qualifications For Designing Without Restrictions In The Following Specialties: 1) Architectural, 2) Construction And Construction, 3) Installation In The Field Of Networks, Installations And Heating, Ventilation, Gas, Water And Sewage Systems, 4) Installation In The Scope Of Networks, Installations And Electrical And Electrical Equipment, 5) Installations In The Field Of Networks, Installation And Equipment Telecommunications, 3. Performing Authors Supervision Includes: 1) Performing The Duties Of The Designer Specified In Art. 20 Para. 1 Point 4 Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law, Including: A) Stating In The Course Of Construction Works Compliance With Project Documentation, B) Agreeing On The Possibility Of Introducing Interchangeable Solutions In Relation To The Investors Manager Provided For In The Project, Submitted By The Construction Manager Or Investor Supervision Inspector, 2) Explaining Doubts Arising In The Course Of Its Implementation, Through Additional Information, Including Working, Detailing Of Executive Drawings, Applying Corrections Or Additions To Project Documentation, Preparation Of Cost Estimates For Changed Solutions, 3) Giving Opinions On The Works Presented By The Contractor Or Ordering Proposals For Replacement Solutions Or Presenting Them In The Event Of The Inability To Apply Solutions Appearing In The Project Documentation In The Light Of Current Technical Knowledge And The Principles Of Building Art, And The Cost Of Applying New Ones Will Not Increase The Costs Of The Task With The Reservation That Each Of The Solutions Must Be Accepted By The Employer, 4) Making Changes To Design Solutions - At The Request Of The Employer, 5) Correcting Design Errors, Liquidation Of Collisions Between Industries Or Supplementing Drawings, Details Or Description Of Performance Technology For The Authors Supervision - Without The Right To Separate Remuneration, 6) Obtaining Necessary Opinions For Changes Arising From Performing Authors Supervision, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, 7) Watching That The Scope Of Introduced Changes Does Not Cause A Significant Change In Approved Design Documentation Referred To In Para. 4, Requiring Obtaining New Permits, 8) Assessment Of Parameters Or Results Of Detailed Material Research And Construction In The Field Of Compliance With Design Solutions, Standards And Applicable Regulations, 9) Participation In Technical Meetings And Committees, 10) Participation In The Acceptance Of Works And Attempts To Install And Start Starting Procedures. 4.
