The Subject Of This Order Includes In The Formula Design And Build The Expansion And Modernization Of The Water And Sewage System As Well As The Implementation Of The System Of Water Treatment And Sewage System Of The Poviat Hospital In Zawiercie Located At Ul. Miodowa 14. The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into 2 Tasks: Task No. 1 - Execution Of The External System Of The Sewage And Water Supply System, Task No. 2 - Implementation Of The System Of Water Treatment Plants And The Internal Sewage System. On Behalf Of And For The Customer Of The Necessary Permits, Arrangements And Opinions, Including Building Permits, Enabling The Contract To Be Completed; 4) Performance At Each Justified Request Of The Ordering Party To Update The Documentation Made Under This Agreement, Substitute Studies, Supplements, Drawings, Etc. Necessary For The Correct Performance Of The Contract; 5) Transfer To The Contracting Authority Completed Documentation In Paper And Electronic Form; 6) Comprehensive All Works And Construction Works And Works Based On Project Documentation And In Accordance With Applicable Law; 7) Delivery Together With The Installation Of Water Treatment Plants; 8) Ensuring Authority Supervision During The Implementation Of Works.
