The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Warehouse And Laboratories On The 6Th Floor Of Building B, Implemented As Part Of The Start Ib Pan In Availability (Access) Project Under The European Funds Program For Social Development 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus On The Basis Of Contract No. Fer..03.01-Ip.08-0003/24-00.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Execution Of The Following Works Of The Architectural Industry: A) Construction Of The Thermal Partition From The Inside Of The Room No. 604, B) Replacement Of The Door Joinery And Widening Some Door Openings, C) Construction Of The Przedścianka In Pom. 605A To Ensure The Rei 60 Of The Whole Partition, D) Construction Of A Glass Partition Wall Between Pom. 603A And 603B, E) Replacement Of Sink Batteries, F) Installation Of Soap Dispensers, Disinfectant And Paper, G) Execution Of Suspended Ceilings And Mechanical Ventilation Installation Enclosures In A Part Of The Rooms, H) Dismantling And Demolition, And) Construction Of Mechanical Ventilation And Air Conditioning Installations, B) Expansion Of Water-Sewage Installations.C) Reconstruction Of The Electrical Installation, D) Dismantling And Shift Of Some Radiators, E) Performing The Under The Control Panel And Lintels As Well As The Procedure When Adjusting The Door Holes To The Dimensions Of The Joinery; 3) Making The Demolition: A) All The Existing Doors Should Be Removed, Except For The Door. The Size Of The Door Openings Should Be Adapted To The Dimension Of The New Door Joinery, B) The Existing Gravitational Ventilation Channels With The Gk Housing Should Be Removed, C) In The External Wall Of The Brick, A Hole Should Be Made. In The Internal Wall Of The Masonry, Punches Should Be Made For Ventilation Channels, D) In Pom. No. 604 Should Be Removed Racks And Radiators, While In Pom 605A The Wall Of The Dygestorium And Furniture Buildings As Well As Move The Radiator. 3. The Implementation Of The Investment Must Be Made In Two Stages: 1) Stage I: A) Includes The Range: Pom. 604, 605, 605A And A Fragment Of The Corridor, B) In The Corridor, The Access Lock Should Be Made By Making 2 Temporary Light Walls Along With The Insertion Of Smokeproof Doors In Each Wall, C) Communication For Renovation Works Cannot Be Done Through The Staircase (Where Employees Movement), Access To The 6Th Floor Only By Scaffolding.
