The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant: Minimum 36, Maximum 60 Months Of Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract (Offers Containing The Period Of Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract, Shorter Than 36 Months, Will Be Rejected). 5. The Task Should Be Completed In The Design And Build Mode. 6. The Subcontracting Agreement, The Subject Of Which Are Construction Works, Should Be In Line With Annex 2 To Swz, I.E. Ppu.
