4.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Works Related To The Development Of The Boulevard Area F. Krusche On The Dobrzynka River, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Permission To Build The Sign: Ab.6740.329.2017. The Study Area Is Located In The Central Part Of Pabianice, Between Ul. Grobelna And Grota Rowecki. From The East, It Borders With A Single -Family Housing Estate At Ul. Bugaj, And From The West With The A&A Arkadia Golf Club, As Well As Ponds And Economic Halls. The Study Area Includes The Following Registration Plots. 53/51, 53/53, 166, 253 P-13 Precinct. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented In Two Consecutive Tasks (Stages) .4.2. The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Task (Stage) 1: 4.2.1. Bugaj With A Boulevard; • Surface Stone Surface At The Transition At The Recreational Turf As Well As Access And Viewpoints; • Sandy, Safe Surface - On The Playground In The Northern Part Of The Study; • Epdm Surface On The Playground In The Southern Part Of The Study In Beige. 4.2.3. Construction Of Water And Sewage Installations. The Study Is Designed: • Water Supply Connection And External Water Supply Installation; • An External Sanitary Sewage System; • Dehydration Of Reaching From The Boulevards To Ul. Bugaj Using A Linear Dehydration. 4.2.4. The Building Of The Electrical And Teletechnical Installation. Taking (Stage) 2: 4.2.5. Placing Greenery (Preparation Of The Substrate, Planting New Trees And Shrubs, Planting Grass, Perennials, Bushes, Placing The Lawn And Flower Meadow) .4.2.6.6.6.6.6.
