1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Provision Of Services In The Field Of Purchase Of Monthly Tickets For Students Transported To Schools And Kindergartens In The Mieleszyn Commune In The 2025/2026.1.1 School Year. Expected Number Of Children - 156 People. 1.2. Estimated Number Of School Tickets - 156 X 10 Months = 1560 Tickets. 1.3. Divided Into Routes In Accordance With Annex 1 To Swz.2. Travels Of School Children And Youth Should Be Provided On All Days Of The Implementation Of School And Pre -School Classes In The 2025/2026 School Year, From September 1, 2025 To June 26, 2026 3. The Delivery Of Children And School Students For School Facilities Must Be Provided At The Latest At 8.50. Childrens Delivery Should Be Started Not Earlier Than At 6.50. 4. Departure Of Children And Schoolchildren After The End Of School Classes From Approx. 13.30 To 16.00. 5. Hours Listed In Point 3 And 4 May Change. The Contractor Will Be Informed About Planned Changes At Least 3 Days Before Their Introduction. 6. The Employer Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Students Transported On Individual Lines Depending On The Needs Reported By Schools And Kindergartens, With A Reduction In The Number Of Students Delivered May Change During The 2025/2026 School Year - Up To 20 %, Increasing The Number Of Students Of The Abovementioned The School Year May Be 20 %. Due To The Reduction Of The Number Of Children Transported, And Thus A Reduction In The Number Of Monthly Tickets Ordered, The Contractors Are Not Entitled To Any Claims. 7. The Service Will Be Provided With The Contractors Rolling Stock Based On Regular Communication In Accordance With The Principles Arising From The Act Of 6 September 2001 On Road Transport And The Act Of 16 December 2010 On Public Collective Transport. 8. Regular Communication Lines Must Be Organized In Such A Way That They Enable Safe, Convenient And In Accordance With The Regulations And The Lesson Plan In Individual Schools. 9. Buses Intended For The Implementation Of The Contract Must Be Vehicles Allowed For Traffic, Which Meet The Technical Conditions Required By Traffic Regulations, And Drivers Have The Required Qualifications And Rights, Which Allows Secure Implementation Of The Order. 10. The Contractor Bears All Costs Of Organizing Regular Communication (Obtaining Permits, Placing A Timetable, Fee For The Use Of Stops, Etc.). 11. In The Event Of A Failure Of The Vehicle Performing Transport, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Replacement Bus With Parameters Such As An Offer Bus. 12. The Contractor Shall Be Liable For Any Damage Resulting In Connection With The Implementation Of The Service, Which Is The Subject Of This Agreement. 13. The Service Consists Of All Activities And The Related Costs Necessary For The Proper And Safe Transport Of Children In The Morning From Home To School And In The Afternoon From School To Home, And Especially Ensuring Safety During Care, Picking Up Children From Parents/Guardians And Handing
