1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Water Rescue Service At The Wat Construction Swimming Pool, At Ul. Descartes 1, 00-908 Warsaw. 2. The Performance Of Water Rescue Service In The Wat Construction Swimming Pool Will Take Place In The Abovementioned Location: In The Basket Of The Indoor Swimming Pool, Located At The Study Of Physical Education Of The Military University Of Technology, Ul. Descartes 1, 00-908 Warsaw. 3. The Specificity Of The Basin Basin:- 5 Swimming Tracks;- Length: 25 M;- Width: 12.5 M;- Area: 312.5 M2;- Depth 120Cm/160 Cm4. Purpose Of The Facility: A Training Facility Made Available For Training Groups, Professional Soldiers And Employees Of The Military University Of Technology And Their Children In Accordance With The Graphic Designer Of The Use Of The Facility. 5. The Contractor Will Ensure The Continuity Of The Rescue Cast Of Two Water Rescuers In Accordance With The Schedule During Swimming Pool Hours:- Monday- Friday, Between 6:00- 21: 00- Saturday- Sunday, Between 08:00 - 15:00. The Estimated Number Of Hours Of Rescue Service Will Be 14,000 Hours In The Academic Year 2025/2026 And 2026/2027 (In 2025/2026 From 29.09.2025 To 03.07.2026) I (In 2026/2027 From 07.09.2026 To 02.07.2027). 7. The Number Of Hours Indicated Above Is Only An Estimate And May Change. 8. Based On The Estimated Number Of Rescue Hours, The Price Of The Offer Should Be Calculated. The Offer Price Is Used Only To Compare The Complex Offers And Select The Most Advantageous Offer, While The Settlements Will Take Place According To The Actual Number Of Rescue Hours, Based On The Unit Price Proposed By The Contractor In The Offer. 9. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Temporarily Suspending The Functioning Of The Object During The Contract For Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Contracting Authority, E.G. The Occurrence Of Higher Force Releases From Liability For Failure To Perform The Obligation.
