The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of A Comprehensive Project Documentation Regarding The Modernization And Expansion Of Parking Roads And Spaces As Well As Infrastructure At The State Academy Of Applied Sciences In Przemyśl. 2. Development Of Documentation Includes The Stage Implementation Of The Investment. Stage 1 - Includes Part Of The University Referred To As Campus. Plots No.: 189/11, 189/4. The Illustrative Map Is - Annex 1B To Swz. Stage 2 - Includes Part Of The University Located In The Lubomirski Park Referred To As Park. Plots No.: 197, 196. The Illustrative Map Is - Annex 1C To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Detail In Annex 1 A To Swz4. Division Of The Order Into Parts: The Order Has Not Been Divided And Thus The Partial Offers Are Not Allowed. The Scope Of The Task In Question Is Of A Uniform Character, It Is One Related Whole In Technical, Organizational And Economic Terms And Should Be Made By One Contractor. The Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts Will Not Affect The Inability To Apply For Such Orders By Small And Medium -Sized Enterprises. Lack Of Order Division Allows The Employer To Obtain A Favorable Price Offer While Maintaining Competition On The Market. 4. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Understood As The Design And Performance Of All Necessary Design Works And Arrangements, Including Adaptation And Implementation Of The Media/Installations Necessary For Its Functioning Along With Obtaining On Behalf Of And For The Contracting Authority Of Administrative Decisions And The Consents Necessary To Start And Implement Construction Works. 5.
