1. Subject Of The Contract.1.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation Of The Kitchen Chamber Security - High Part For Item I, Hereinafter Referred To As Project Documentation Or Subject Of The Contract And Exercising Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Works Provided For In The Project Documentation, In Accordance With The Offer Submitted As Part Of The Tender Procedure. 1.2 As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Develop A Technical Project Of Mining Securing The Kitchen Cook Chamber - High Part For Item And, Hereinafter Referred To As The Technical Project, 2) Arrangement Of The Technical Design With The Services Of The Ordering Party And With The Conservator Of The Monuments Of Krakow Salt Mushrooms (Hereinafter Referred To As Kzkżs), And Then Obtaining The Approval Of The Agreed Technical Project By The Movement Of The Mining Plant Of The Salt Mine Wieliczka (Hereinafter Referred To As Krzg), 3) Obtaining A Kzkżs Permit To Perform Works Kzkżs Operates In Accordance With The Agreement Of June 21, 2017 On Entrusting Some Matters In The Field Of The Property Of The Małopolska Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Krakow (Journal Of Laws Of The Voivodship Of June 26, 2017, Item 4200), 4) Preparing A Bill Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimate And A Material And Financial Schedule For Works Covered By Technical Project.1.3 Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Works Covered By Project Documentation, The Contractor Will Be Required To Perform Authors Supervision In A Maximum Amount Of 96 Hours. 2. Assumptions And Guidelines For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. 2.1 The Purpose Of Works Carried Out On The Basis Of Prepared Project Documentation Will Be To Restore The Safe Functioning Of A Historic Excavation, Whose Deteriorating Condition Is Caused By Unfavorable Geological And Mining Conditions. 2.2 Design Documentation Should Be Covered By The High Kitchen Chamber.
