The Subject Of The Contract Is Provided By Accommodation, Gastronomic And Rental Services, Including: • Renting A Training Room With Sound And Technical Service; • Providing Accommodation Services Together With Parking Service; • Rental Of A Restaurant Room With Gastronomic Services And Additional Services. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In The Attachments To Swz, I.E. In: Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Price Form And In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. 3. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Subcontractors Order. The Contracting Authority Demands The Contractor To Indicate Part Of The Contract, Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And To Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors If They Are Already Known. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Liability For The Proper Performance Of This Contract. 4. Place Of Order: Part 1: Training And Hotel Facility (Hereinafter Referred To As The Object) Located In The West Pomeranian Voivodeship (Poviats: Koszaliński, Kołobrzeski, Gryficki, Kamieński). A) The Facility May Not Be Located Directly On The Fast Route Or In A Place With Intense Noise, In Particular At: Gas Station, Storage Hall, Parking For Trucks, Production Companies, Etc. The Facility Is To Be Located Outside The Very Center Of The City, In A Quiet And Attractive Area, Surrounded By Greenery/ Lake/ Ponds/ Park. A Convenient Transition From One Building To Another.
