The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Functional And Utility Program Based On The Final Version Of The Concept Of The Reconstruction Of The Poviat Road Ul. Nowodąbrowska In Tarnów Consisting In The Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles, On The Section From The Intersection With Al. M.B. Fatima Up To The Amount Of The Exit To Gemini, Based On Which The Design Documentation Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit Will Be Developed And The Implementation Of Construction Works. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others, To Perform The Current Situational And Highness Map For Design Purposes On A Scale Of 1: 500.2) Developing The Concept Of Reconstruction Of The Poviat Road Ul. Nowodąbrowska Consisting In The Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles, With A Bituminous Surface, On The West, On The Section From The Intersection With Al. M. B. Fatimska, To The North, Up To The Height Of The Exit To Gemini, Which Will Take Into Account The Connection With The Designed Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles On Ul. Nowodąbrowska, At The Height Of The Congress To Property No. 50, Implemented According To Separately Developed And Reconstruction Of The Intersection At Al. M.B. Fatima. The Concept Should Include: A) Situational And Severity Plan On A Minimum Scale Of 1: 500 Along With Intersections, Basic Elements Of Traffic Organization And Road Lane Development, B) A Description Of Road Solutions Taking Into Account The Construction Of A Road For Bicycles, C) Reconstruction Of Lighting, D) Technical Sewage Construction, E) Typical Cross-Sections, 3) Implementation And/Or Acquisition Based On The Contracting Authority Approved By The Contracting Authority Concepts: A) Geotechnical Opinion In Order To Document Soil And Water Conditions Together With The Performance Of Geological Tests (In Places Agreed With The Employer) To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Development Of Documentation And Others According To The Needs Imposed At The Stage Of Arrangements And Giving Opinions On Documentation Constituting The Subject Of The Contract; B) Arrangements, Permits, Decisions, Opinions, Reports, Expertise, Conditions From Networks And Conditions From Network And Experts And Conditions From The Road And Communication Board In Tarnów And The Materials Necessary To Develop Project Documentation And Perform The Scope Of Construction Works In The Design And Build System, On The Basis Of Which It Will Be Possible To Obtain A Building Permit Decision; C) Traffic Tests In Accordance With The Guid
