A Partnership Dictionary Of Cpv Procurement: 60.17.20.00-4. The Number Of Ordered Buses- 2 Pcs. Minimal Number Of Places Sitting On One Bus- 39. Dreaming Of Daily Transport Routes:- Bus No. 1- 125 Km,- Bus No. 2- 138 Km. The Daily Number Of Kilometers May Change To 5% Of The Total Length Of Routes, I.E. Up To 13 Km Per Day (Up Or Down). Changing The Length Of The Routes Does Not Affect The Unit Price For 1 Km Offered By The Contractor. The Daily Course Of Kilometers Will Not Include Commuting From The Contractors Headquarters To The Starting Point Of The Course And From The End Of The Course To The Headquarters Of The Contractor. Time Of Making Delivery: Schools Of School At 655 - 1551 (Bus No. 1) And 640 - 1558 (Bus No. 2). The Order Of The Contract Will Take Place By Bringing Students On School Days (In Accordance With The Provisions On The Organization Of The School Year) To Schools And Kindergarten, As Well As A Removal From Schools And Kindergarten According To The Timetable Specified By The Contracting Authority In The Attachment To The Contract. The Contracting Authority Will Provide Care For The Delivered Students. Buses Will Move On Municipal, Poviat And Voivodship Roads. The Recipient Will Not Be Implemented On The Days Of Suspension Of Classes Caused By The Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Contracting Authority, Such As: Epidemics, Pandems, Natural Disasters, Terrorist Attacks, Road Imprisonment, Strong Frosts And Other And On Other Days Free Of School Activities Specified By The Contracting Authority. In The Case Of Partial Suspension Of Classes Schools Or In A Kindergarten, Caused By An Epidemic Or Pandemic, The Transport Take Place In Accordance With The Demand And Timetable Of Buses Determined By The Contracting Authority. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Occasional Transport Ordered For Performances, Performances, Competitions, Sports Competitions, Open Days Of Schools, To The Cinema, To The Theater, Etc. At The Unit Price For 1 Km, Specified In The Contractor. Occasional Transport Will Take Place In Time Between Students From Schools, I.E.
