1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Task Entitled Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of An Existing Playground Belonging To The Nursery In Karczmiska, Karczmiska First, Ul. Opolska 18, 24-310 Karczmiska As Part Of The Resort Program Active Playgrounds 2025. The Scope Of Work Includes:- Preparation Of The Area, Including Disassembly Of Existing Devices,- Delivery And Assembly Of Ready-Made Playground Equipment,- Ordering The Area. 2. The Following Devices Should Be Removed: A. Spring Rocker - 2 Pcs., B. A Set Of Fitness Devices (Slide + Platforms) - 1 Pc., C. Queue With A Wagon - 1 Pc., D. Bench With Backrest - 1 Pc., E. Garbage Bin - 1 Pc, F. Rules Of The Playground - 1 Item, G. Sandbox - Unstable Soil - 1 Pcs. The Dismantled Devices Should Be Handed Over To The Director Of The Nursery. 3. List Of New Play Equipment Covered By Delivery And Assembly: A. Rearchair - A Corner For Feeding And Changing Children - 1 B. The Equipment Must Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects, Technically Efficient And Must Come From An Authorized Distribution Channel. Devices Must Have Approvals And Certificates Required By Law. 6. The Contractor In The Offer Must Include All Costs Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract.
