1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Winter Maintenance Of Voivodship Roads Administered By The Provincial Roads In Kętrzyn, In Winter Seasons 2025/2026, 2026/2027, 2027/2028, 2028/2029, 2029/2030, 2030/2031 Divided Into 4 Parts - Part 3A - With A Base In Msc. Giżycko/Ryn- Winter Maintenance Of Provincial Roads No. 643 And 642.2. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Constituting An Attachment To Swz And A Detailed Technical Specification Constituting An Attachment To Swz - Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Contained In Price Forms - Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz (Annexes 2.1 - 2.4). 4. During The Performance Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Dispose Of Persons And Technical Potential (Tools, Plant Equipment And Technical Devices) In The Assortment And Quantities Necessary For The Correct And Timely Execution Of The Order. 5. The Order Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Polish Law, In Particular With The Act Of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (I.E.
