Tenders Are Invited For Preparation And Conduct Of Training And Individual Educational And Consulting Support For Municipalities Of The Lesser Poland Voivodeship As Part Of The Revitalization Region Edition 3.0 Project
1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Preparation And Implementation Of Training Services And Expert Educational And Advisory Support Addressed To The Communes Of The Lesser Poland Voivodeship, As Part Of The Project Regions Of Revitalization Region Edition 3.0 Financed From The Funds Of The Technical Assistance Program For European Funds 2021-2027. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Provide Comprehensive Educational Support By Preparing And Conducting Group Training And Lectures As Well As Individual Educational And Advisory Support For The Municipalities Of The Lesser Poland Voivodeship. The Order Includes Conducting 10 Group Trainings, 2 Expert Lectures And A Maximum Of 200 Hours Of Consulting For About 30 Municipalities. 2. The Order Assumes The Exercise Of The Right Of Options In The Range Of 6 Group Trainings And 2 Expert Lectures. The Conditions For Exercising The Right Of The Options And The Implementation Of The Order Under The Options Law Were Indicated In Annex 1C To Swz - Template Of The Contract. 3. The Terms Of The Contract Are Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Which Will Be Entered Into The Content Of This Contract - The Contract Template And Constitute Annex 1C To Swz (They Are Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz), Constitutes Annex 1D To Swz And It Will Be Introduced As An Attachment To The Contract. 5. As Part Of The Performance Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Required To Transfer Property Rights To The Contracting Authority - The Details Are Described In The Contract Template. 6. The Contracting Authority According To The Disposal Arising From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Contract.
