Procurement Plan for Maintenance of HVAC & Miscellaneous Equipment at Local Marketing Department. The Contractor shall maintain, in full working order during the whole Contract period, the Air conditioning packaged, Split and window units, Water cooling units, and miscellaneous equipment in KNPC - Local Marketing. Corrective Maintenance: To carry out all the requisite repairs and replacement of all kinds of defective parts/spare parts for the Air-Conditioning units, Refrigeration units and water cooling units at sites such as, but not limited to, machinery, compressors, blowers, fans, evaporators, condensers, heating elements, relays, contactors, switches, switch sockets, plugs etc. and to maintain the A/c units, refrigeration, and water-cooling units in proper working order, round the clock, throughout the year. Preventive Maintenance: Implement Daily/Weekly/Monthly Preventive Maintenance schedules in accordance with the programme agreed with the Superintendent of Contract or his representative.
