The Object Of This Procurement Procedure Is The Purchase Of Licenses And Product Support For The University Of Tartu Elastic Stack Enterprise For 3 (Three) Years In Accordance With The Technical Description Of The Procurement Documents In Annex 1 To The Procurement Documents. The Time Of Performance Of The Contract Is 01.09.2025 - 31.08.2028. The Beginning Of The Contract Is Presumed And Does Not Have Its Legal Meaning. In The Event That The Contract Is Signed Later Than 01.09.2025, The Provision Of Licenses And Product Support Shall Be Commenced At The Latest Within 3 Working Days After The Award Of The Contract And The Contract Shall Be Valid For 36 Months.
