The Municipality Of Coquimbo Reserves The Right To Revoke The Public Tender In Accordance With The Faculty Established Article 61 Of Law No. 19,880; Which Establishes That Administrative Acts May Be Revoked By The Body That Had Dictated; Faculty That Materializes In The Information System Www.Mercadopublica.Cl, Through The “Revoke Tender” Application, Which Allows While A Tender Has Not Been Awarded, Carrying This Faculty Through Founded Resolution, Based On Reasons Of Merit, Convenience Or Opportunity.
