That, The Hospital Del Salvador, As A Public Health Establishment, Is Intended To Provide Health Benefits For The Recovery, Rehabilitation And Palliative Care Of Young People, Adults And Older, Sick And Collaborate In The Promotion And Protection Activities, Through Outpatient Actions Or In Closed Attention, Both To The Inhabitants Of The Health Network Of The Communes Belonging To The Oriente Metropolitan Health Service, As To The Regions Of Which It Is The Regions Of Which It Is The Regions Of Which It Is This Is The Case Of Easter Island Or Rapa Nui; That, The Hospital Del Salvador, Both For Demographic Growth And For The Changes Experienced In The Composition Of The Population Pyramid Of The Inhabitants Of The Communes Of Providencia, Ñuñoa, The Queen, Peñalolén, Las Condes, Vitacura And Barnechea (Increasing Increase Of Older Adults), Has Experienced A Detriment In Their Capacity For Attention To Users Constantly In The Years, As A Consequence That The Increase In The Increase In Official In Parallel To The Changes Experienced By The Demanding Population Of The East Metropolitan Health Health Network And Of Which It Is A National Reference Center; That, For The Fulfillment Of Its Function, The Hospital Director Is Empowered To Execute And Celebrate All Kinds Of Acts And Contracts On Movable And Immovable Property And On Bodily And Incorporation Things That Have Been Assigned Or Affected By The Establishment And Those Acquired By It, And Compromise With Respect To Rights, Actions And Obligations, Whether Contractual Or Extra -Contractual; That, In Accordance With The Above, It Is Up To This Establishment To Grant The Health Benefits Defined By The Care Network To Which It Belongs, For Being A Self -Managed Establishment In Network; That, The Director Of The Hospital Del Salvador Ordered The Preparation Of Bidding Bases, To Publicly Convene The Acquisition Of Auxiliary Service To Support Various Units Of The Hospital Del Salvador, In Accordance With Law No. 19,886 And Its Regulations; That In Defecation Of Numeral 13 Of Article 2 Of The Regulation Of Law No. 19,886, A Service Contract Is That Through Which The Entities Of The State Administration Entrust To A Natural Or Legal Person The Execution Of Tasks; That, The Hiring Of Provision Of Professional, Technical And Administrative Services, Is A Modality Through Which The Hospital Del Salvador Can Give Rapid, Effective And Efficient Attention, To The Beneficiaries Of The Health Health Network Of The Oriente Metropolitan Health Service; That, For This Act, The Bases That Will Regulate The Next Public Tender Are Approved For The Hiring Of The Services Of Auxiliary Personnel For Various Administrative Units Of The Hospital Del Salvador For The Term Of Thirty -Six (36) Months; That, There Is Budgetary Availability For The Hiring Of The Required Services; That, Due To The Certain Amount, This Tender Is Located In The Section For Hiring Equal To Or Greater Than 1,000 Utm And Less Than 5,000 Utm, In Accordance With Article 36 Of The Regulation Of Law No. 19,886; That, The Acquisition Of The Service Auxiliary Service Is Linked To The Project Under Id: 1057489-74-Pc25, Corresponding To The Annual Purchasing Plan 2025.- That, Made The Respective Consultations, The “Auxiliary Service For Support To Various Units Of The Hospital Del Salvador”, Is Not Available In The Catalog Of Goods And Services Offered In The Information System Of The Purchasing Directorate Www.Mercadopublica.Cl.
