It Is Stated That The Bidders Must Offer All The Products Required. Failure To Comply With This Provision Will Empower The Municipality To Declare These Offers Inadmissible. The Municipality Of Coquimbo Reserves The Right To Revoke The Public Tender In Accordance With The Faculty Established Article 61 Of Law No. 19,880; Which Establishes That Administrative Acts May Be Revoked By The Body That Had Dictated; Faculty That Materializes In The Information System Www.Mercadopublica.Cl, Through The “Revoke Tender” Application, Which Allows While A Tender Has Not Been Awarded, Carrying This Faculty Through Founded Resolution, Based On Reasons Of Merit, Convenience Or Opportunity.
