Through An Inclusive And Equitable Approach, The Workshops Are Designed As Deliberative Spaces Of Horizontal Dialogue, Collective Reflection And Shared Construction Of Strategic Inputs. The Consultant Must Present His Proposal By Detailing How He Will Address The Facilitation Of These Workshops, Guaranteeing The Representative Participation Of All Social Groups, And Contributing To The Strengthening Of The Pladeco 2025–2030 Update Process.
