The Full, Detailed And Comprehensive Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In: 2.1. Swz With Attachments, 2.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Opz), 2.3. Planned Provisions Of The Contract, 2.4. Answers To Questions Answered During The Tender Procedure (If Concerned). 3. The Equivalent Solution, Which Refers To Equivalent Solutions, Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Non -Correlation Offered Meets The Requirements Set By The Employer. In This Case, The Contractor Turns To The Offer Of Equivalent Lists With Its Description Or Standards. 4.
