According To Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 Of The Law On The Bulgarian Agency For Food Safety (Zbabh), The Bfsa Exercises Official Control Under The Conditions, In Accordance With The Powers, Regulated In The Special Laws, Regarding The Requirements Of The Veterinary Activity, Healthcare And The Humane Attitude Towards The Animals. Pursuant To Article 108, Paragraph 2, Item 9 Of The Law On Veterinary Medicine, The Means Of Covering The Costs Related To Epizootic Risks, Which Are Provided Annually From The Budget Of The Ministry Of Agriculture And Food, Are Spent For Cleaning, Disinfection And Disinsection In The Restriction And Eradication Of Diseases Under Art. 47, Para. 1 According To Art. 117, Para. 1, Item 12 Of The Law On Veterinary Medicine, In The Exercise Of Animal Health Control, The Bfsa Applies Disinfection, Disinsection, Deratization And Devastation As Measures For The Prevention, Restriction And Elimination Of Animal Diseases. Regulation 2021/690 Creates A Program For Improving The Functioning Of The Internal Market, Competitiveness And Sustainability Of Enterprises, Especially Micro, Small And Medium -Sized Enterprises, And Protection Of Consumer, For The Management Of Costs In The Fields Of Plants, Animals, Foods And Foras, As Well As For The Programming And Funding Framework, Used For Development, 13 Of Regulation (Ec) No 223/2009 (Single Market Program) For The Period From January 1, 2021 To December 31, 2027. This Regulation Also Determines The Objectives Of The Program And Actions Admissible For The Implementation Of These Objectives, The Budget For The Period 2021-2027, The Forms Of Funding From The Union And The Rules For The Provision Of Such Funding And The Program Management System. Article 3 (2) (D D Of Regulation 2021/690 Formulated One Of The Specific Goals Of The Program, Namely: “Contributing To The High Level Of Health And Safety Of Humans, Animals And Plants In The Fields Of Plants, Animals, Foods And Feeds, Including, By The Other, Through Prevention, Detection And Disease. Undertaken In The Case Of Large-Scale Crisis Situations And Unpredictable Events Affecting The Health Of Animals Or Plants, And By Supporting The Improvement Of Human Human Attitude, The Fight Against Antimicrobial Resistance And The Development Of Sustainable Production And Consumption Of Food, As Well As By Stimulating The Exchanges Of Best Practices Between Stakes.
