For The Terms And Conditions For Issuing And Withdrawing Permission To Carry Out An Activity As Operator Of Vouchers For Food On Paper And Electronically For Issuing Vouchers For Food On An Electronic Carrier, The Characteristics Of The Issued Vouchers For Food On Electronic Carrier And Carrying Out Activity As An Operator (Top. - Sg, Issue 99 Of 2023, Effective From 01.01.2024), In Connection With Art. 209, Para. 6 And 7 And Art. 209A, Para. 6 And 7 Of Corporate Income Tax Act, Art. 5 Of The Law On Revenue Collection And Carrying Out Expenses In 2025 Until The Adoption Of The State Budget Act Of The Republic Of Bulgaria For 2025, The Law On The Budget Of State Social Security For 2025 And The Law On The Budget Of The National Health Insurance Fund For 2025, (Prom. Sg, Issue. 6 Of 2025) And Art. 60, Para. 1 Of The Code Of Administrative Procedure, For The Period Of 24 Months For Its Employees Specified By The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Has No Obligation To Absorb The Full Amount Of Food Vouchers Or To Absorb The Estimated Full Value. When Making A Decision By The General Assembly Of Employees For Another Way Of Making Social Benefits For The Coming Years, During The Action Of The Contract - It Shall Be Terminated On The Grounds Of Art.
