Delivery Of Food For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Nedelino Under The Project Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus, Procedure By Directly Providing A Grant Under Operation Bg05sfpr003-1.001 Warm Lunch Under The Program Food And Basic Support 2021-2027. The Products Subject To The Public Procurement Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification To This Documentation. The Quantities Of Products Described Are Forecast And Do Not Engage The Contracting Authority With Their Overall Absorption At The Conclusion Of A Contract. Deliveries Will Be Made With A Preliminary Request By The Contracting Authority. Participants Be Able To Deliver The Specific Quantities Of Food For The Respective End Users. The Transport Costs Are At The Expense Of The Contractor. Each Delivered Product Must Be With A Residual Shelf Life Of Not Less Than 75 % As Of The Date Of The Respective Delivery. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Delivery.
