Tenders are invited for Project Coordinator (Cotabato-Based, or Nearby Areas) Closing Date: 19 Jul 2025 Type: Consultancy Terms of Reference Project Coordinator (Cotabato-based, or nearby areas) Project: Building Resilience and Inclusion through Democratic Governance and Engagements (BRIDGE) Phase 3 Location: Cotabato City, with frequent field coordination Reporting to: BRIDGE Project Lead, The Asia Foundation Background BRIDGE3 supports the Bangsamoro regions transition to a more stable, inclusive, and autonomous government. It focuses on strengthening local governance, improving intergovernmental coordination, and deepening national-regional policy dialogue. Effective coordination of its work with BARMM ministries, LGUs, and national counterparts is critical to the projects implementation. A dedicated, on-the-ground project coordinator will ensure smooth logistics, timely communication, and responsive support to all project actors. Objectives and Scope of Work The Project Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison for the BRIDGE3 team in Cotabato City, supporting coordination with BARMM agencies, Local Chief Executives (LCEs), the Council of Leaders Secretariat, and the Ministry of Interior and Local Government. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor project activities implemented in BARMM, ensuring logistical and administrative support is in place Maintain regular communication and relationship-building with BARMM-based stakeholders (e.g., BLGA, OCM, MILG, LGUs) Support the documentation of key activities and provide updates to the team Assist in organizing events, workshops, and convenings (venue, travel, materials, follow-ups) Troubleshoot implementation issues and elevate risks or needs to the project lead Deliverables: Weekly coordination reports and stakeholder updates Event logistics plans and post-activity summaries Stakeholder engagement tracker Implementation support logs for regional activities Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or local governance work, preferably in BARMM Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong familiarity with BARMM institutional and political landscape Ability to work independently while coordinating with a remote team How to apply APPLICATION GUIDELINES: Individual Applicants must complete and send in their The Asia Foundation Application Form, Employee Biographical Data Form (https://tinyurl.com/ApplicationReqsTAF), and sample portfolio (optional).
