Construction Work For Swimming Pool - Call For Participation For The Design, Construction And Technical Maintenance (Dbm) Of A New Swimming Pool In Tielt, Including A Mandatory Option On Full Maintenance (Dbm). This Assignment Is Issued By The Autonomous Municipal Company Tielt, Established In 8700 Tielt, Markt 13, Also Referred To As The Contracting Authority. The Person To Whom The Public Contract Will Be Allocated Is Referred To As Retractor. 2. The Contracting Authority Opts For A Dbm Project Expandable To Dbm. The Contracting Authority Wishes To Enter Into A Public Private Partnership To Design (Design) And Building (Build) Of A New Swimming Pool In Tielt, Also Called A Project. In Addition, The Maintenance Of The Techniques (Hvac) And Water Treatment For 30 Years (Maintain) Must Also Be Provided For. The Mandatory Option Will Have To Be Provided In The Full Construction Maintenance Of The New Swimming Pool, Including The Construction Physical Maintenance And Vehicle Investments. The Contracting Authority Will Themselves Be Responsible For The Financing And Exploitation Of The New Swimming Pool. This Project Will Be Further Refined And Aligned In The Specifications, Which Will Be Transferred To The Selected Candidates At A Later Stage. 3. The Contracting Authority Wishes To Realize A Classic Sports Pool With Instruction Pool But With A Limited Recreation In Accordance With The Vision Note That Is Added To Appendix 5. 4. The Tenderers Will Also Have To Make Maximum Efforts To Limit Energy Consumption. The Contracting Authority Wishes To Realize At Least An Ben Building. In Addition To Sustainability, Accessibility Will Also Be An Important Part Of The Assignment. The Tenderers Will Have To Collaborate With Inter. The Swimming Pool Will Have To Meet The Subsidy Conditions Determined In The Decree Of 21 February 2025 On The Subsidization As A Contribution To The Construction And Exploitation Of New Public Swimming Pools And The Implementing Decisions.
