Estimating The Value Of The Highest Subsequent Order: • Minimum 6,000 Lei Without T.V.A And Maximum 105,000 Lei Without T.V.A. Estimating The Amount Of Air Tickets That Will Be The Subject Of The Largest Subsequent Order: • Minimum 1 Plane Ticket - Maximum 30 Air Tickets. The Object Of The Acquisition Consists In Providing The Following Services: I. Services Regarding The Reservation And Issuance Of Air Transport Tickets - Services That Are The Main Object Of The Present Procurement And Which The Bidder Provides For The Personnel Designated By The Contracting Authority As Well As All The Operations Related To Its, Preliminary, Concomitant Or Subsequent To Its Condition, Provided By The Conditions; Ii. Related Services - Services That Can Accompany The Services Regarding The Reservation And Issuance Of Air Tickets, Provided For The Personnel Designated By The Contracting Authority And Related To The Movement Of This Personnel, As They Are Requested And Detailed By The Specifications And Which The Tenderer Provides Directly And/Or Through The Partner Suppliers, In Case Of Awarding A Contract, Including The Service, As The Case May Be, Air Transport Tickets, But Not Included In The Basic Price (Re -Issuing The Plane Ticket, Changing The Reservation Date, Changing The Person Moving, Canceling The Flight, Respectively The Total Or Partial Repayment Of The Ticket, Allocation Of The Place On The Plane Etc.), B. To/From The Airport, The Conclusion Of Travel Insurance Etc.). The Object Of The Purchase Consists In Signing A Framework Agreement, Lasting 2 Years (24 Months) Starting With The Date Of Signing The Framework Agreement, But Not Later Than 01.09.2025, Which Will Establish The Terms, Conditions As Well Reservation And Issuing Services Of Internal/National And/Or External/International Passengers For The Personnel Designated By The Contracting Authority, For Trips In The Interest Of Service, To Various Activities: Working Meetings And/Or Conferences And/Or Courses And/Or Symposiums, Etc.
