Tenders Are Invited For Document Management Tender (Two-Envelope System: Technical - Financial)

Tenders are invited for Document Management Tender (Two-Envelope System: Technical - Financial) Category of Bidding Companies: First Class. Tender documents can be obtained from the Tenders and Auctions Committee of the Shura Council (White Palace) by paying a non-refundable sum of QR 3,000 to be deposited in the Shura Councils account No. (001-005853-0013) at Qatar National Bank (QNB). The bid must be accompanied by a temporary bank guarantee letter in the amount of 5% of the financial bid, attached to the companys financial bid, and valid for a period of (120) days. The owner of the accepted bid must submit a bank letter before signing the contract as a final guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total value of the award, valid for a period of (120) days after the end of the contract implementation period. The bid must be valid for a period of (120) days from the closing date. The bid shall remain valid and non-revocable during that period. The deadline for submitting bids is 12:30 PM on Sunday, August 17, 2025. The Council has the right to increase or decrease the quantities of items or works during the contract implementation period in accordance with the terms and prices of the contract.
