Tenders are invited for End-to-End Performance Simulator (Eeps) for Hydroterra+ - Expro+ In this project an end-to-end performance simulator shall be developed for the Earth Explorer 12 candidate mission HydroTerra+. TheHydroTerra+ satellite will carry a C-band SAR instrument with the primary aim of observing rapid processes of the water cycle around the Mediterranean basin and parts of the Sahel. The mission focuses on four target areas: 1) mesoscale convective systems, 2) the diurnul water cycle, 3) the cryospheric water balance and 4) ground motion. Industrial consortia will propose concepts for the mission.
