Tenders Are Invited For End-To-End Performance Simulator (Eeps) For Keystone - Expro+ In This Project An End-To-End Performance Simulator Shall Be Developed For The Earth Explorer 12 Candidate Mission Keystone. The Keystone Satellite Will Carry A Thz Radiometer, An Ir Radiometer And A Uv-Vis Spectrometer To Observed The Mesosphere And Lower Thermosphere. The Mission Has Five Scientific Target Areas: 1) The Upper-Atmosphere Thermal Balance, 2) Atmospheric Diurnal Variations, 3) The Upward Coupling Between The Middle And Upper Atmosphere, 4) The Downward Coupling Between The Magnetosphere And The Atmosphere And 5) Model Benchmarking.
