The East Jerusalem YMCA, through the Joint Advocacy Initiative (JAI) program, a joint program of the YMCA and YWCA, is announcing a Request for Proposals for a Program Evaluation Consultant vacancy. Objectives of the consultancy: The overall objective of this evaluation is to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the Joint Advocacy Initiative (JAI)s activities and their impact on youth engagement. It also aims to evaluate the performance and outcomes of the Olive Tree Campaign (OTC) and JAIs participation in other national advocacy campaigns. The evaluation will recommend necessary programmatic modifications to achieve improved outcomes and greater impact on target audiences. Required Qualifications: · Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in organizational development, evaluation, or strategic planning. · Proven ability to apply participatory appraisal techniques and sensitivity to gender and political issues. · Excellent analysis (both qualitative and quantitative) and report writing skills. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with vulnerable groups.
