The Municipality Of Gemert-Bakel Must Ensure That The Quality Of Its Buildings Meets The Legal Requirements And The Sustainability Objectives To Which It Has Committed. With Regard To The Maintenance Of The Electrical Installations Of These Buildings, The Municipality Wants To Outsource This Maintenance For Multi -Year, In Order To Obtain More Grip On Their Management. The Purchasing Procedure Must Have The Result That The Maintenance Of The Electrical Installations Is Invested In (1) One Supplier. This Agreement Must Ensure That The Operational Reliability Of The Installations Has Been Secured In The Coming Years. Due To An Agreement For Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, Repairs, Malfunctions And Replacement Of E-Installations As Of January 1, 2026, The Municipality Is Able To Pay A Safe Working Environment For Its Staff Even After That Date (Its Legal Obligation). The Municipality Wants To Enter Into An Agreement For The Duration Of Four (4) Years With The Possibility Of Extending Two (2) Times One (1) Year. The Contract Must Lead To The Operational Reliability Of The Installations Guaranteed In The Coming Years. The Agreements Are Consciously Recorded For Several Years In Order To Be Able To Reap The Benefits Of The Learning Curve That The Client And Contractor Go Through And The Relationship They Build Up.
