To Be Able To Prepare An Smp And Thereby Request An Environmental Permit Flora And Fauna, Ecological Research Must Be Carried Out All Year Round. For This We Are Looking For A Party That Can Relieve The Municipality. The Ecological Examination Serves As The Basis For The Smp To Be Drawn Up. The Assignment Consists Of Taking Care Of And Facilitating A Species Management Plan (Smp) For The Contracting Authority According To The Current Directive Of The Competent Authority (Province Of Noord-Brabant) And Includes: A. The (Having) Conducted The Required Ecological Investigation Within The Contours Of The Specified Plan Area; B. The Preparation And Complete Delivery Of A Species Management Plan (Smp), Including Mitigation And Compensation Plan; C. Submitting And Applying For An Environmental Permit For Species Management Plan (Smp) To The Competent Authority For A Period Of 10 Years; D. Coordination And Guidance To Achieve An Smp Permit For The Municipality; E. This Also Includes The Organization Of Consultations With The Province Of Noord-Brabant And Environment Service Brabant Noord During The Entire Duration Of The Assignment; F. Drawing Up An Implementation Plan (Ip) For The Use Phase Of The Smp; G. Drawing Up A Monitoring Plan (Mp) To Keep Track Of The Maintenance Of Animal Species; H. Elaborating And Applying For The Permit Application Under The Pre-Smp Methodology, Including The First Phase Of Compensation Plan And The Corresponding Mitigation And/Or To Compensate For Fixed Rest And Residence.
