The Proposed Mechanical Upgrade At The Burns Lake Public Library Includes The Replacement Of Five (5) Existing Gas-Fired Furnaces With Four (4) New High-Efficiency Furnaces, Three Of Which Will Be Equipped With Integrated Heat Pumps.Additionally, The Existing Gas-Fired Domestic Hot Water Tank Will Be Replaced With A New Electric Hot Water Tank.The Scope Of Work Encompasses Full Demolition And Removal Of Existing Mechanical, Control, Electrical, Plumbing, And Venting Systems. New Installations Will Include All Required Plumbing, Drainage, Gas Piping, Furnace Venting, Controls, Electrical, Start-Up, Balancing, Roofing Modifications To Accommodate Mechanical Penetrations And Gas Detection.
