Metsähallitus Competes For The Dismantling Of The Former Holiday Village Meripesäs Poor Buildings/ Structures In Accordance With This Invitation To Tender And The Attached Material. The Building Site Is Located At Semestervägen/Lomatie, 25870 The Kemiönsaari Contract Will Be Demolished In 7 Different Municipal Buildings And Two Old -Fashioned Wells And Cleaned Up The Waste And Bulk Of The Buildings, According To This Invitation To Tender And Attached Material. The Contract Includes Fully Completed The Work And Obligations Of The Sites Contract Documents So That The Site May Be Handed Over To The Developer In The Condition Required By The Contract. The Work Will Be Done In September-October 2025. The Contract Period Is 2 Weeks, Start At The Earliest Vk 39, The Start Time May Be Clarified As Needed In The Consultation Negotiations. The Estimated Total Duration Of The Project Is Approximately 3 Weeks. The Question Has A Total Contract And The Contract Is In Accordance With The General Contractual Terms Of The Construction Contract Yse 1998 (Rt 16-10660). The Selected Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor And The Main Contractor Within The Meaning Of The Legislation. The Contractor Shall Be Subject To The Obligations Referred To In § 1 -4 If There Is No Other Mentioned In The Invitation To Tender Or In The Material Attached To It. By Submitting The Offer, The Tenderer Confirms That He Has Been Familiar With The Site With Sufficient Accuracy To Be Able To Handle The Work At The Total Contract.
