The Contractor Shall Be Subject To The Obligations Referred To In § 1 -4 If There Is No Other Mentioned In The Invitation To Tender Or In The Material Attached To It. By Submitting The Offer, The Tenderer Confirms That He Has Been Familiar With The Site With Sufficient Accuracy To Be Able To Perform The Work At The Total Contract.
